The Solo plan starts with a 14-day card-required trial, then renews at $50 per month unless cancelled before the first charge. Trial cancellation prevents the first charge; access continues through trial end. A failed renewal has a seven-day recovery window before new public bookings and notification sends pause; records, exports, and existing appointments stay available.
Mango charges an uncapped 1% application fee on eligible principal (services, products, deposits, packages, gift cards) after discounts and before tax and tip, plus Stripe processing. Cash and check payments recorded in Mango carry no Mango fee. Refunds reverse the fee proportionally. The practitioner remains merchant of record.
Mango v1 is offered for private-pay practices only. It is not offered for HIPAA-covered workflows, insurance transactions, or under a business associate agreement, although intake, consent, SOAP, and attachments are still handled as sensitive health information with isolation, immutable versions, and redacted logs. The practitioner attests to their own credentials, policies, and compliance; Mango does not verify a licence or give legal advice.
