Privacy at Mango

Mango separates public practice content from private client, clinical, and payment records.

Data boundaries

Tenant records stay scoped to the practice that owns them. Platform support is limited to operational metadata and cannot open intake responses, SOAP notes, signatures, or clinical attachments.

Private-pay launch

Mango v1 is intended for private-pay practices that are not using Mango for HIPAA-covered workflows. Mango does not offer a business associate agreement in v1.

Production notice
